Program Purpose
Program Purpose
The GCMWC Mental Wellness Coach Program prepares individuals to provide ethical, non-clinical Mental Wellness Coaching using mental health literacy, evidence-informed wellness education, behavior-change principles, structured coaching methods, and appropriate referral.
Learners are trained to help clients increase self-awareness, identify patterns affecting wellness, clarify goals, strengthen emotional and behavioral skills, create realistic change strategies, and build sustainable wellness practices. The curriculum also prepares learners to recognize when a client's needs require medical, mental-health, crisis, nutritional, pastoral, or other specialized professional support. Special offer ends January 1, 2027.
